BRAAIFORM delivers to physical street addresses within South Africa using Aramex. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
Cross-border delivery is not currently offered. Farms, mines, game lodges, military sites and other special-delivery areas may need extra time or an additional courier charge; we will contact the customer before dispatch if that applies.
Free standard delivery
Tracked Aramex Store-to-Door delivery is R99.99 for orders below R650. Standard delivery is free when the merchandise value reaches R650 before the automatic multi-item discount.
The checkout shows the Aramex charge, 10% multi-item saving and final total before the customer continues to Yoco.
Timing and tracking
BRAAIFORM prepares orders for dispatch within 7–10 business days. After collection, Aramex main-centre delivery normally takes 24–72 business hours after dispatch. Outlying and special-delivery areas may take longer.
After the parcel is handed to Aramex, the waybill number and tracking link are added to the BRAAIFORM order page and can be sent to the customer on WhatsApp.

Customers will be asked to check the delivery address carefully. An address change can only be attempted before fulfilment begins and cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.
If an order arrives damaged, incomplete or different from what was ordered, BRAAIFORM will provide a clear support route. Photographs may help us resolve courier damage quickly, but they will not be used to remove rights provided by South African consumer law.
